Michael brings over 20 years of leadership experience in recruitment agency, in-house talent acquisition, RPO’s, business development, and people operations, all within financial services, Web3, and FinTech startups. Before Cygnify, Michael worked with names like Standard Chartered Bank, PwC, and growth tech startups. Prior to this, Michael was the SVP of People & Talent Acquisition at a blockchain FinTech startup. During his career, he has developed a vast network and key relationships across the APAC region.

Adam brings 20+ years in recruitment, with the last 15 years being based in Singapore supporting hyper growth tech companies scale across Asia. Prior to Cygnify, Adam was the APACJ Regional Senior Director of TA at Indeed.com, leading a TA team of 140 people hiring 1000’s of top talent across Asia. Prior to Indeed, Adam led Ericsson's South East Asia's TA team, hiring 100’s of top engineering talent per year.
